Shlomo has twenty years experience in many aspects of commercial real estate including property tech, investments, operations and debt restructuring. Mr. Chopp hold patents relating to the future of retail and resides with his family in the Hudson Valley of NY.

Norman is the CEO of Aspen Real Estate Capital, LLC, and previously served as Vice Chairman of The Hampshire Companies, a privately held real estate firm with assets valued at over $2.5 billion. Mr. Feinstein sits on the board of directors of Malvern Bank, NA and practiced as a real estate attorney with a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. 

HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS

Natalia oversees acquisition opportunities and financial analysts for Terra and has extensive experience conducting due diligence and assessed new CMBS issues for Moody’s and Fitch. Ms. Sosnina has also managed the acquisition and asset management of distressed real estate debt. Natalia is a licensed real estate broker in four states, and has a Masters in Real Estate from NYU.

DIRECTOR OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

Ayesha acts as the liaison between Terra and its investors on financial matters. Ayesha has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and real estate investment management. Prior to joining Terra, Ms. Shafiq led investments for a major Canadian REIT and was the leading capital raising producer for the Toronto office of a large international brokerage. Ayesha has an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
